Software Engineering Trainer

Job duties

  • *Design, develop and conduct appropriate trainings and requisite training materials (instructor- led and/or electronic) for employees and/or clients

  • *Lead training from start to completion, ensuring quality at all stages

  • Gather and track training participant feedback; create and maintain best practices for training program, processes and materials

  • Train new hires

 

Job qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with years of experience able to substitute

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively deliver training sessions to audiences (both live and virtual) of various degrees of knowledge and sophistication

  • 10+ years of software development experience

Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex calendars, coordinating events and meetings, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks

• Assist in scheduling meetings, adjusting schedules, and sending invites

• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently

• Support in planning events, group meetings, offsites, etc

• Track and manage expenses using corporate credit cards

• Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.

  • Personal Support: Assist with personal tasks such as appointments, errands, shopping, and family-related activities.

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports. Manage confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Previous experience supporting a business owner or high-level executive is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus.
